Villa Information

The house features a stunning 30' swimming pool maintained at 80 degrees year round and a spa, again heated to over 95 degrees.

The pool deck is very spacious (over 1000sq ft) with enough room for two families with children, a small group of couples wishing to relax or a golfing group wanting to relax after 18 holes.

The pool area also features a dining/relaxing area which is covered with a light and fan for those balmy Florida evenings enjoying a drink while the sun Sets over the pool, which can be lit after sunset for a swim before bed-time.

The Kitchen area leads straight through to the Living/Lounge space with large TV and very comfy corner sofa to maximise seating and space. The Living area leads straight out into the Pool area.

The house features two identical Master bedroom suites complete with twin bathrooms (with shower and tub) and a large walk in closet. One is situated upstairs and another downstairs with a door from the bathroom straight out on to the pool deck. This set-up is perfect for two couples staying in the house, each will have a luxurious King (6ft) bed with lots of space to relax after a hard day at the Theme Parks.

The home also features a third double room with a Queen bed (5ft) and an en-suite bathroom which is shared with the Upstairs Twin bedroom. A fifth bedroom is situated downstairs with an en-suite bathroom.

Having two bedrooms on the ground floor, this property is ideal for any families where some guests may have difficulty with stairs. We do have a wheelchair ramp for access through external doors and onto the pool area.

There is also a games room with Foosball (table soccer) and Air Hockey tables.

There are TVs with Cable and DVD in every room in the house (except bathrooms)  and an additional entertainment room at the front of the villa provides X-Box and PS2 facilities for the Kids (of all ages!). We have added a home theatre system to the 36" TV in the main living area which also plays CDs (as do all the DVD players in the house) and great sound for any DVDs you want to play.

The house is fully air-conditioned to cool you in the hot summer months and to warm you in the not so hot, but rarely cold winter months. There is also a fully monitored security system and a Fire Proof safe for valuables.
