The Pool Area

One of the most important parts of your holiday is having a nice clean and enjoyable private heated swimming pool to relax in and around. Its even better when it has a 4/5 person spa attached to it which can be heated to over 95 degrees (Fahrenheit of course !!). The pool is maintained at 80 degrees F all year. All pool/spa heating is included in the price for the villa.

The whole pool area is covered by an aluminium mesh Lanai which is designed to keep out the bugs and dust to keep the pool and surrounding area as clean and enjoyable as possible while letting through the sunshine.

The pool itself is over 30' long with lost of surrounding space to spread out and relax in the afternoon sun (we are facing North-West and the pool is shaded until around 11:30 am on average). This aspect is absolutely ideal for the Floridian climate, it means the entertaining area is shaded for breakfast by the pool before you set out for the parks (or golf course .... or shopping malls !) but in the afternoon, when you want to relax and cool off, its perfectly situated for the sunshine.

The outside dining/entertaining area is just outside the doors to the main living area in the house.

It is covered to provide shade from the sun and when the Floridian rain does arrive, while enabling you to enjoy the hot days and warm evenings by your own private pool. A fan over this space also provides a cooling breeze while enjoying your drink. A table and six chairs are provided to give ample space for dining at all times of the day. There are also three superb swivel/rocking sun loungers with retractable arms to lay back and relax completely.

There are two outside power outlets provided, this combined with the free wireless internet access enables you to work from around the pool area with your laptop should you have the need to.

There is also a Pool Bathroom serviced by a door directly from the pool area into the Bathroom of the downstairs Master bedroom suite.
