The downstairs Twin bedroom is situated conveniently just off the entrance lobby of the house and adjacent to the entertainment room on the ground floor. It has two twin (single) beds, each with a dark wood nightstand. A tall dresser with the standard cable TV and DVD finishes off the room nicely.  As with all bedrooms, built in closets provide plenty of hanging space for clothes.

An en-suite bathroom is access directly from this bedroom with a large double shower enclosure. The bathroom is also accessible from the outside hallway so it can be used as a general bathroom for the living/kitchen area.

This room is ideal for children and guests who may have difficulty with stairs.
